There are 4 folders within that folder dividing it into Build, Buy, CAS, etc. The folder is placed as follows on my PC: EA > The Sims 4 > Mods > CC Packs > PTS_Cottage Garden. The pack is from 2017 so I thought maybe it could be outdated, but I've seen other creators use the pack recently on Reddit/YT/etc. The CC pack is Plumbob Tea Society's Cottage Garden pack.
